They say that the best person to seek advice on are strangers. So, pls answer me. HOW CAN I OVERCOME INSECURITY?
Whenever I see a girl who are prettier than me, I’m starting to be upset and I think my world’s gonna crash. Esp. when that girl has something to do with my boyfriend. The time when I see a girl prettier than me, I wanna destroy her world. I wanna make her life miserable. I always wanna see her flaws and all that. What’s the best thing I can do? Help me please. =(
~ Hmmm. I think you should start by accepting yourself. Try talking about your insecurities to someone you trust (friends, family, etc..), it is a good way to let it out. Be more assertive. Don’t let these negative thoughts go into your head. Bad yun! hehehe :)) Assess yourself. Be aware of your feelings so that you can pause for awhile and think before you continue saying things like what you’ve said awhile ago. Always think positive! :)) Enjoy life!! How can you enjoy life kung insecure ka di ba? =)
